I am an Engineer turned Digital Strategist — a professional who blends logic with creativity to build growth systems that last.
Over the past fourteen years, I have helped organizations across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia evolve from traditional marketing chaos into structured, data-driven growth machines.
Through my U.S.-registered firm Digital SavvyPro LLC and my consulting practice SavvyPro Consulting, I’ve worked with CEOs, agency founders, and senior executives who wanted more than visibility — they wanted transformation.
My greatest strength is clarity. I step into organizations that feel overwhelmed by digital change, diagnose the bottlenecks, and build marketing infrastructures that connect vision to execution. Whether it’s a startup needing a go-to-market system or an established enterprise seeking digital maturity, I design the framework, train the team, and set up the tools that make growth repeatable.
My career began in engineering — a discipline that taught me systems thinking, process optimization, and analytical precision.
When I transitioned into digital marketing, I carried that mindset with me. I didn’t see “ads” or “content”; I saw systems, feedback loops, and performance data.
That perspective allowed me to bridge two worlds: the creative energy of marketing and the discipline of engineering. It became my trademark — helping businesses build marketing that actually works because it’s structured, measurable, and human-centered.
1. Trade Kings Group – FMCG | Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa
This was my earliest and most formative experience.
I started as a freelance social media manager and grew into leading digital marketing for multiple subsidiaries under one of Zambia’s largest FMCG corporations.
In six years, I helped build the company’s online presence from zero to over 500,000 followers, introducing a new era of consumer engagement for a legacy brand that had relied purely on traditional advertising for decades.
That journey taught me the power of digital storytelling at scale — and how to create internal systems that sustain momentum even after the consultant leaves.
2. Medlink Services – Healthcare Administration
I guided this sixteen-year-old medical scheme administrator through its digital transition.
The engagement covered team training, strategy creation, and lead generation across Facebook and LinkedIn.
By the end of our program, Medlink had a capable in-house team, a unified content voice, and measurable brand visibility that positioned them competitively in an industry that had been slow to adopt digital outreach.
3. Zynle Technologies – SaaS and Software Engineering
For this nine-year-old software company, I introduced structure to their marketing operations.
We focused on lead generation systems, app marketing, and brand storytelling, ensuring that a company known for technical brilliance could finally communicate its value online.
Our campaigns attracted new enterprise clients and improved their visibility among universities and institutions across Southern Africa.
4. Golden Westcoast Pharmaceuticals – FMCG & Distribution
This ongoing engagement captures my Fractional CMO work perfectly.
I was brought in to increase sales through distributor pull-through, using content marketing, advertising, and team coaching.
We built an internal marketing unit, developed product positioning strategies, trained their marketer, and laid the foundation for digitizing their distribution network.
The result — a brand that now connects better with both consumers and pharmacy partners, with a clear roadmap for regional expansion.
5. Mwezzi Creative Media – Creative Agency
I worked directly with the CEO and creative leads to refine their offer, generate consistent leads, and create a sales management system that connected marketing to closing.
My role included campaign design, consulting on lead tracking tools, and mentoring their internal marketing team.
This project deepened my expertise in agency operations — a space where I now specialize in helping agencies scale without chaos.
6. SavvyPro & Content Creation School (CCS) – EdTech Platform
I founded Content Creation School (CCS) to teach Africans practical digital skills.
The initiative has trained over 3,000 learners and supported more than 100 businesses.
We developed a gamified learning ecosystem — the CCS LearnSense Engine — which rewards engagement, community participation, and skill mastery.
It represents my belief that education and technology can bridge opportunity gaps across continents.
Through CCS, I’ve also built an internal mentorship pipeline, empowering young creators to become digital freelancers, content managers, and consultants who can earn online sustainably.
7. International Consulting Highlights
Beyond Zambia, I’ve advised founders and CEOs in South Africa, Kenya, Malawi, Botswana, Zimbabwe, the UAE, the Netherlands, and Australia.
These engagements include solar companies, e-commerce entrepreneurs, financial consultants, and coaches.
In one case, I helped a South African solar company increase lead flow through Facebook Ads + SEO storytelling, while a Malawian finance CEO hired me for team training on digital sales transformation.
Each project reaffirmed that growth principles are universal — clarity, structure, and accountability drive results anywhere in the world.
I believe marketing leadership isn’t about noise — it’s about alignment.
When the CEO, sales, creative, and data teams share the same language and metrics, marketing transforms from a cost center into a growth engine.
That’s what I do as a Fractional CMO:
Translate business goals into digital execution plans.
Build internal capability so teams stop depending on external agencies for every small task.
Introduce systems — analytics dashboards, CRM integrations, and SOPs — that bring consistency to creativity.
My work is rooted in three principles:
Simplicity, Systems, and Scale.
Platforms: WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, Hotjar.
Skills: Digital Strategy, Funnel Design, Content Architecture, Campaign Management, Team Coaching, Growth Analytics.
Industries: FMCG, Education, SaaS, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Finance, and Creative Services.
My proudest achievement isn’t one campaign — it’s the ecosystem I’ve built around learning and execution.
I’m now channeling that into Digital SavvyPro LLC (U.S.), serving as a Fractional CMO and Growth Strategist for international clients — particularly agencies and legacy companies ready to modernize their marketing and leadership systems.
I’ve developed the 5-Level Marketing Budget Framework and the Agency Systems Sprint, both used to help organizations understand how to invest intelligently and scale sustainably.
My next frontier is combining automation, AI, and human creativity into what I call the LearnSense Ecosystem — where marketing, education, and data flow seamlessly to empower both teams and founders.
My journey has been anything but linear — from engineering blueprints to marketing roadmaps, from local gigs to global strategy rooms.
But the thread running through it all is simple: I build clarity.
Because when businesses get clear about their message, systems, and leadership, everything else — sales, visibility, and impact — starts to flow.
